Childbirth classes are available to assist the expectant mother and her family in preparing for the baby's birth and care.
The goal of this 6-week series is to provide expectant mothers and their support person with the knowledge and confidence needed to give birth and make informed decisions. Goals include understanding and preparing for the childbirth experience, as well as gaining knowledge about options available for childbirth, infant care and parenting.
Cost: $75 or medical coupon accepted, payable at the first class. Fee is non-refundable after the first class. Refresher classes are available upon request with a $55 fee or medical coupon.
Please bring pillows and wear comfortable clothing.

Medical interventions, epidurals and pain medications, C-sections, tour of Family Birthing Center.
Newborn care, feeding and development, car seat safety.
After the baby, taking care of mom, putting it all together!
